Air circulation : Fan/blower will be provided with continuous duty rated TEFC motor for air circulation. Conditioning space will be provided in the main chamber, which is baffled, and the heaters and cooling coil etc. will be located in the conditioning space. Conditioned air will be admitted in the main chamber to maintain uniform temperature in the chamber workspace. Refrigeration system : Two stage water cooled refrigeration system will be provided with suitable type of refrigeration compressors working on environmental friendly refrigerant R404A & R23. The refrigeration system will be provided with HP/LP cut off switch, waterr cooled condenser over load protector, back up fuse protection, expansion valve etc. and the system will be designed for continuous and trouble free operation. Cooling tower along with pump and 3 mtrs flexible hose will be provided. Cooling tower will be kept in open and buyer will connect water supply to the cooling tower. Instrumentation :a) Single loop Self-tune microprocessor based PID temperature controller will be provided with PT 100 as temperature sensor for indication and control of temperature. 7 Touchscreen HMI will be provided as interface which will mounted near the door. Control Panel & Wiring: Separate control panel attached to the main chamber will be provided which will house the controller, fuses, contactors, indicating lamps etc. All the wiring will be as per IS code. Channel type wiring will be done with suitable current rated copper wires with marking ferrules, crimped dowel terminals, elmex connectors etc. Accessories : Oxygen Monitoring system with low Oxygen level alarm will be provided. O2 mask -1 Nos will be provided inside for emeregency. In case of emergency the person inside can breathe oxygen through mask. Buyer will connect his Oxygen supply at the port outside on the chamber. Oxygen cylinder, Oxygen regulator, manifold and piping upto the port o nthe chamber is in scope of the buyer. Chamber light will be provided. Viewing window approx. 500mm W x 500mm H will be provided on the door. Safety protection: Back up fuse protection for mains and individual circuit. Over temperature safety cut off thermostat with audiovisual alarm. HP/LP cut off switch for compressor. Overload protector for motor. MCB for heaters. Utilties : Power supply : 415 volts, 5%, 3 phase neutral, 50c/s, AC power supply. Connected load approx. 10KW to 12KW Performance is guaranteed in ambient conditions of +23C to +30C. Potable water for Cooling tower. Operational Instruction manual : 3 copies of operational instruction manual will be provided along with the chamber. Floor space required : Inside the room : Approx 2400mm (8 ft) W x 2000mm (6.5ft) D x 2700mm (9ft) H. Outside within 5 M for plant room : 2000mm (6.5ft ) W x 1200mm (4ft) D x 1800 (6ft) H. approx. 3 ft all around for maintenance.
